Zoltán Ördög won another national title at home, on the track next to the road leading to Sugásfürdő, leaving everyone behind in the fifth and final round of the national motocross championship. The 12-year-old rider from Ozsdola won both heats in the 65cc class with no chance for his rivals, collecting 250 points from five wins and ten heat victories. Earlier in the season he had also taken the Eastern European and Balkan titles, plus a Hungarian championship silver in his last year in the 65cc class.
