At the 4th round of the Romanian MX championship in Ciolpani, which also counted as a Balkan Championship round, Krisztián Tompa won the MX1 class with two lead-to-finish victories in both series, strengthening his lead. Zoltán Ördög took his third championship win since returning from injury, winning MX2 and also claiming the Balkan round win in his class, though he is not racing a full season in that series. Ördög finished ahead of Horia Paraschiv and Andrei Căprioară in MX2.
