Recovered from his injury, Zoltán Ördög won his second Romanian MX race of the season at the 3rd round in Zărnești, dominating the MX2 class and moving into the top five of the standings. Krisztián Tompa did not compete, as he was racing at the Hellas Rally, round two of the Rally Raid European Championship. In MX1, Iulian Răduță won ahead of Erőss Koppány and Petru Iosif.
