In the last round before the summer break at Merei Racing Park, Tompa Krisztián won both MX1 heats from start to finish, taking a comfortable lead in the standings, while Ördög Zoltán proved best in MX2 for the fourth time in a row, erasing much of the handicap caused by his shoulder injury from round one. Now only ten points separate him from first place, with three rounds remaining. The championship continues on September 12-13 at Nyárádtő.
