Krisztián Tompa finished second and Zoltán Ördög third in the MX1 class at the sixth round of the Romanian motocross championship in Moreni, the last race before the summer break, held in extreme heat. George Călăb won the event, leaving Tompa one point behind in the overall standings. Ördög, who passed his baccalaureate exams, was third again and now has 222 points, and next heads to the two-stroke European Championship in Loket, Czech Republic.
