Krisztián Tompa finished second and Zoltán Ördög third in the MX1 class at the second round of the Romanian motocross championship, held at Ciolpani near Bucharest in place of the postponed Zernest round. George Călăb took the win, passing both Tompa and Ördög late in race two. After two rounds Tompa leads the class standings, with Ördög in third, still recovering from his Hungarian crash. The riders rest over the weekend before the Balkan Championship round in Sevlievo, Bulgaria.
